Job Description
1.Prepare monthly scrap record, analyze root causes and take actions
2.Continuously reduce production process scrap rate
3.Analyze and evaluate customer complaints together with quality department
4.Solve daily process problems in workshop
5.Design work instructions for production operators and train them regularly
6.Increase productivity and reduce production cost by lean production methods
7.Design and optimize tools to make operator’s job easier and more efficient
8.Evaluate and implement process related new ideas and improvement proposals from operators
9.Take lead for industrialization of new products, materials and processes
10.Lead and support projects for continuous improvement
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor or Master degree in chemistry or engineering
2.5 years working experience in production or process engineering
3.Experience in rubber industry preferred
4.Advanced process control knowledge (SPC, FMEA, Control Plan)
5.Strong analytical and problem solving skills
6.Good communication skills, fluent oral and written English is a plus
7.Ability and willingness to work in an international team
