Job Description


  • Assure plant implementation and compliance to IATF 16949:2016, internal and external customer as required in the respective areas.

  • Related CSR content are reviewed to be adapt in local QMS documentation system.

  • Continuous monitoring of local QMS documentation (eg: Process Flow, FMEA, CP, WI) to be relevance with current operation situation and align it with QM central and customer requirement.

  • Ensuring PDCA cycle is completed for each item in QMS by consistent follow-up on the item.

Quality and waste management

  • Ensure that quality standards and procedures are followed during daily operation to produce good quality products.

  • Ensure that scrap and waste targets are achieved by supporting corrective action activity when targets is not met and by applying 3 Qs or problem solving techniques to prevent this from recurring.

  • Supporting follow-up of corrective and prevention action outlined from the conducted problem solving session.

  • Ensure that non-conforming product and process is handle properly and systematically by using established system.

  • Management on scrap reduction efforts & reduction in customer complaint (internal & external). Main involvement in structured problem solving activity.

  • Management on the Preparation of quality records (SPC/QDA, control charts, trend charts…).

  • Management on the performance of special evaluations of product and process characteristic.

  • Ensure that all WI, SOPs and quality control plans are completed and checked during shift.

  • Ensure that non-conforming product is dealt with based on Process Engineer/Technician advice within a timely matter according to applicable procedures.

  • Accept the responsibilities and striving for excellence in all work processes and outcomes honouring organization policies and all regulatory requirements."


  • Supporting activity in the shopfloor to reduce scrap and rework (reduction and elimination off non-value added activity).


  • Responsible to ensure that his/her team members adhere to company policy and regulations by enforcing applicable rules.

  • Supporting SFT Labor Trainer to conduct training by providing necessary information and tool for SFT Labor Trainer to execute necessary training to shopfloor staff/operator.

  • Responsible for identifying specific training needs for his team members and ensure the development and training of his people are carried out via support from SFT and HR.

  • Responsible to manage the attendance, over-time and maintaining in established system (if downline staff is available).

CBT Contribution

  • Communicate all relevant information related to QSCPS to his team members.

  • Participate in shift handover meeting between him and the supervisor of off going and on going shift to discuss matter related to QSCPS during shift"

Process Stability

  • Be responsible for the MAP and PAP of the respective area, as listed but not limited to major change of the process, new article introduction, new equipment.

  • Be responsible for leading problem solving during the MAP and PAP phase.

  • Be responsible for optimizing and improving the work instruction and all other technical information of respective area needed to stabilize series production.

  • Creating & maintaining for process recipe & specification in the local platform available (PoMS, QDA, MMS, Toolbox, Etc).

  • Contribute to the problem solving of respective area in the series production phase, be responsible for finding out technical solution for big problems through communication with central PD and MPDI or what else is needed.

  • Define measures to improve process to maximum utilization rate of machine and eliminate all kinds of waste. As listed but not limited to SPA, 5S, other helpful instruments and optimization of parameters with respect to quality.

  • Responsible to carry out any special project; new development assigned by immediate superior.

  • To manage and support any request or modification with tooling (Die, Mould, Segments, Drums, Etc.).

Safety and Environment

  • Understanding and adherence to environmental, safety and health policy, procedures and regulations issued by ESH Department and also to take care of own safety as well as working colleagues within the plant premises.

Job Requirements

Education / Certification

  • Bachelor Degree in Sciences field or min 3 years experiences in Manufacturing Facilities preferable in Quality Management.

Professional Experience

  • Fresh graduate of Bachelor Degree in Science or 3 years experiences in Manufacturing Facilities preferable in Quality Management.

Project and/or Process Experience

  • Analytical Skill and Decision Making ability together with Driving Performance.

Leadership Experience

  • Basic understanding of 7 leadership principles.
