Business Controlling Analyst

Job Description

Lead the Foundation customer quotation process, manage all related commercial requests

Lead and support PCIS/Program calculations, Gate and projects reviews and program calculation updates, including proper communication to key stakeholders

Manage strategic costs to ensure costs & profitability quoted can achieve market driven prices

Partner with teams from USA, Mexico & Frankfurt to address worldwide commercial issues

Valuate design changes during product life, manage cost reduction programs, make vs. buy analysis

Support the development & analysis of cost inputs for the Strategic Plan and Budget

Partner with various departments and plants to complete Loss Maker Analysis for low profitability projects

Create Capital requests for production projects

Complete analysis for project profitability on an annual basis

Any special assignments as necessary for the Finance team in USA, Mexico & Frankfurt.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance, or related degree

Minumun 3 years’ experience in various controlling and financial roles

Proficient in Microsoft Products, especially Excel

Fluid in English/Spanish both written and verbal

Experience evaluating processes to determine current relevance and drive change to position the organization as a market leader by utilizing the most streamline processes and providing the most relevant data.

Experience inspiring others to achieve full potential and drive the business by challenging cultural norms and old ways of doing things

Preferred Qualifications

Proven ability to work with cross culture and cross regional teams

Experience in working on international teams and understating of other cultures (NA, Asia, several European cultures)

Driving change using process improvement methodologies (KATA, A3, etc) and mindset for continuous improvements to eliminate non-value add activities and delivering only the most relevant financial data to stakeholders

Experience in Finance Digitalization
