Senior Quality Management Engineer ( Projects and Launches )

Coordinate and Support the cross-functional teams, plants and suppliers with leadership and guidance with problem solving skills and resources to improve the quality of the product.
Organize / lead of process improvements (analysis, Design & Define to-be process, Realize) regarding all HBS processes with the QMS
Support customer meetings (includes warranty reviews) and interface with plants on warranty returns and NTF reduction
Review warranty trends and drive improvement projects (Continental or Customer Driven)
Implement and coach lessons learned and Read Across in the BU (Bussines Unit)
Support Plant APQP process
Drive system warranty reviews with BU to ensure alignment on customer programs and improved analysis
Conduct Quality reporting and maintenance of Quality KPI’s for the BU
Support safe launch activities
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related
Quality management system previous experience
Advanced level of english ( all interviews will be in english )
At least 3 - 5 years of experience in related role.
Quality Engineering experience is required
Previous project experience is also required. ( new launches / transferences )
Certified Internal Auditor is higly desirable ( but if you have the experience without certification, also is welcome )
Quality Core Tools previous experience is required
Automotive / metal mechanics experience is required
Experience in Project Management methodologies
