Payroll & HR Coordinator
The Payroll & HR Coordinator is responsible for processing accurate and timely monthly payroll for around 250 employees, along with handling all benefit matters to include Pensions, Healthcare and Company Cars and HR administrative duties include processing of starters and leavers along with supporting the HR department.
Processing monthly payroll using Sage software, including calculation of holiday pay, pro rata payments and statutory payments, payroll year end and P11D benefit statements.
Keeping relevant payroll records and running associated reports for the Accounts Department, Management Team and Company Head Quarters.
General administration of employee benefits including car tyre orders, childcare vouchers, Healthshield cash back plan, work wear, cycle to work and other benefits as required.
Generation and issuing of employee letters, including the annual pay review and bonus letters.
Point of contact for employee queries and external bodies including HMRC.
Administration of pension scheme and processing auto enrolment in payroll.
Be the point of contact for employee queries and liaise with pension scheme administrators.
Maintenance of company car fleet, including the point of contact for employee queries, liaising with the car fleet administrators, maintaining car and driving license records and HMRC reporting. Job Requirements Qualifications & Experience
SAGE 50 payroll experience advantageous.
SAP database experience preferred.
Up to date PAYE legislative knowledge.
Understanding and experience of processing statutory payments.
Experience of ex-patriate payments is advantageous although training will be provided.
Good understanding of GDPR compliance.
Excellent & accurate administrative skills. WHAT WE OFFER
