Head of Plant HR



Job Description

HR manager is the local corporate executive, consultant and partner to local management, responsible for the development and implementation of local HR strategy, the respective HR policies and practices in line with the business goals and strategy of HR regulations at Company.

Main Tasks

Functional line management securing the performance quality of direct reports and disciplinary line management for direct reports in the areas of HR:

  • Hiring / Recruiting

  • Personnel Development

  • Separation

  • Consulting activities

Coaching & mentoring of direct reports; giving and receiving feedback.

'- Design and deployment of the location strategy as part of the overall Company strategy to ensure a long-term and sustained contribution to the company's success

  • Counseling of local management regarding organizational development and coordination of implementation of the overall Company strategy

  • Control the strategy implementation in close collaboration with Regional HR Head / BU HR Head

Responsible within the location using the corporate guidelines, the basic principles of personnel policy and tools and methods to ensure an uniform personnel policy in the location in line with the country & BU which is closely aligned with Company HR principles, processes, guidelines & policies

Partner and counselor of local management, including all HR processes (Hiring / Recruiting, HRD, Separation, Consultation)


  • Counselor to generate creative solutions for all HR related questions, enhance employees top-class performance and increase management capabilities

  • Coach to support high potentials in their development

  • Ensure legal compliance

'- Implement and manage a market and performance oriented compensation policy in the location taking into account existing regulations / policies

  • Enforce the desired management development / exchange and knowledge transfer within the company

  • Administer all relevant HR processes and policies

  • Living the "LEAN" principles to ensure efficient and fast processes

'- Ensure consistent process management in the assigned area of responsibility in line with the Company Process Management Process.

  • Active participation in corporate HR projects, country HR projects and implement outputs within location

  • Drive changes to improve performance and efficiency

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or Related field

5 years of experience in different HR functions or as HR Business Partner, operational experience and 2 years management position experience.

Advanced project and process experience

Expert level for leadership experience

Expert level for International experience
