Regional Strategy
Deployment of O SCM strategies, processes and tools in region.
Supply Chain Business Analyst for Industrialization of SCM processes in the Systems & Innovation team.
Creation of the ideal concept and define improvement steps
Warehouse Management
Deeply analysis currently warehouse process and clarify the requirements
Collaborative design of Supply Chains.
Internal material flow design and optimization.
Process metrics and standardization across APAC plants.
Implementation of Lean methods in WHSE management
Evaluates the results after the implementation of the proposed solutions.
Strategic Layout & Material flow
Supporting factory layout and material flow planning activities within Vitesco Asia.
Dimensioning of logistics facilities of new plants and plant extensions (Greenfield, Brownfield).
Evaluation of current state and determination of strategic layout improvements.
Lean expertise in logistics, production and Supply Chain Management Project Manager.
Value Stream Mapping / Design
Industry 4.0, Automated Solutions
I 4.0 development, concept and pilot coordination in the region (WHSE and material flow)
Conduct cost-benefit & ROI calculations for I-4.0 cases.
aAGVs implementation.
Execution of projects with close cooperation with IT, external and internal partners.
Best Practice
Cross plant collaboration, best practice, experience and knowledge sharing.
To execute special tasks, analysis and projects as per request.
Global Gemba regional coordinator.
Maintains Lessons Learned records for further projects.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements :
Education: Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industry 4.0
Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management / lean manufacturing /IE
Project and/or Process Experience:
Understanding of technological innovations in the SCM field, lean manufacturing / IE ;
Project management experience in region or global level
Leadership Experience: Collaborated and successfully implement 2 big projects
Intercultural/ International Experience: Worked with international teams for at least 1-2 years
