Continental Facility Engineer in Changshu, China
1.The primary responsibilities are the operation and maintenance of steam boiler/accumulator, substation (high voltage), low voltage equipment, waste water treatment system, heating system, fire fighting system, ventilation system, air conditioning system in coordination with BU’s;
2.Regular check all systems / equipment, and make sure all necessary key spare parts are available;
3.Review the spare parts inventory on a regular basis;
4.Coordinate internal engineer and external supplier to deal with the emergencies;
5.Prepare PPM plan and reactive maintenance, make lifecycle analysis of each facilities, and come up with
6.Manage the project to implement new facilities upgrade and transfer the new facilities to operation team;
7.Assistant in the general facility and infrastructure management;
8.Look for opportunity to improve facilities reliability and reduce the maintenance cost.
1.Good English in reading and writing;
2.Bachelor Degree in mechanical engineering or electrical or related ;
3.Like to try new challenges, ability to solve problems independently;
4.Familiar with operation of CAD; able to read drawings (civil / building + machinery); capable to use and search for manuals (operational & technical data sheets);
5.Best sense in teamwork;
6.At least 5 years’ experience on practical operations and problems-solving in power transformer stations and steam boilers
7.8 years working experience in facility area.
