"1. Responsible for the acceptance @ inhouse, process sign-off @ inhuse to achieve the required run&rate;
Standardization of process;
Layout definetion and excution;
Material flow definition and excution;"

Prepare and adherence to the timing plans and budget;
New equipment/line/tool procurement;
Development and implementation of maintenace plan;
"9. Effective and timely response to assembly lines for production concerns;
10.Trouble shooting about the line issues, process related quality compalint;
11.Priority must always be given to running production concerns and full support given;"
"12. By understanding the requirement/spec of existing process, to evaluate and offer for the assembly line improvement in terms of C.T., OEE, HC, Scrap rate, downtime, material floe etc;
Impletation of process change/improvement in terms of C.T., OEE, HC, Scrap rate, downtime, material floe etc;
Lead/participate in CBS/CIP project to eliminate waste and generate saving;"
"15. Liaise with external local vendors, ensuring detailed specifications are always provided to ensure the most cost effective purchasing;
Synergy with CIE for equipment/process acceptance;
Good communication links are required between production, engineering, logistics and quality etc. This communication link is strengthened by ensuring the engineering availability at the morning production meeting;
"17. Management of engineering documentation;
- Provide training for junior engineers on core skills;"
Univerity degree in engineering or related
"Minimum of 3 year experience working within a specialised automotive manufacturing environment.
"Experience in managing complex projects.
Experience in working within a high volume and batch orientated automotive manufacturing company is essential."
Good knowledge of english (spoken and written)
