Purchasing Engineer



Job Description

  1. Ensure compliance with the Company procurement guidelines for purchasing.

  2. Be good at SAP/CEOS system: Maintain part number and part price.

  3. Monitor suppliers’ performances.

  4. Daily PM suppliers’ issues handling

  5. Annual price negotiation with suppliers which are in charged by CTC special projects.

  6. RFQs, organize the price & contract’s negotiations and analysis after receive the quotations.

  7. Make and lead localization items for CTC.

  8. Contractor management for PM suppliers.

  9. Cooperate with global CM&AP, others tasks assigned except CM&AP handling.

  10. Cooperate with SD department, support them for supplier audit, and follow up supplier’s performance

  11. Cooperate with BU PM Purchase lead buyers, and follow up the rules.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree; chemical or material or business background.

  2. Fluent English writing and speaking, familiar with normal office software.

  3. Communication and negotiation skill.

  4. Knowledge of purchasing process and international trade.

  5. At least 5 years production material or purchasing work experience.
