CUSTOMER QUALITY ENGINEER

-Ensure the flow of information sent by the client by the official means of communication of the company in relation to the non-conforming product.
Manage indicators and all that information that is published or uploaded on the client's electronic portals.
Follow up on the action plan corresponding to the product not confirmed reported by the client.
Coordinate the logistics for the application of raffles and reworks in the company's facilities, in those of the client or in all warehouses where suspicious or non-conforming product is found.
Generation of inspection reports, corrective action report A3 derived from non-conforming product reported by the client.
Coordinate multidisciplinary groups to carry out the analysis of quality problems in the product and thus formulate the corresponding corrective actions.
Manage and improve customer-related indicators (PPMs)
EDUCATION: Industrial Engineer / Mechanic / Mechanical Administrator / Carrera A fin.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 3 years minimum as an engineer in areas related to quality, quality customer service.
1 year in communication processes with customer.
3 years minimum working in the automotive sector (desirable)
1 year in customer service (desirable claims)
2 years in manufacturing companies
INTERCULTURAL EXPERIENCE: 1 year in conferences and / or visits to English-speaking clients or suppliers
