Job Description

Our Talent Management & Organizational Development (HR) department is looking for an intern (m/f/diverse) who can start beginning of July 2021 and could stay with us for a 6-month mandatory internship.

Due to the current pandemic and new rules and regulations at Continental, we are very flexible with regards to working from home.

Your Tasks Will Be

  • Participation in international Projects and initiatives of strategic human resources development

  • Organizing, attending and supporting development trainings of employees

  • Active usage of internal social media platforms (e.g. posting employee stories, etc.)

  • Support with assignments in HR analytics (e.g. analysis of HR KPIs, quality data review, reporting)

  • In charge of hiring process of future interns and assist in their onboarding phase

  • Support the team at our headquarters in Hanover with organizational activities and administrative tasks

Learning Opportunities

  • Contribute your own creative ideas on new projects (as well as improving suggestions on ongoing projects). We encourage your input with an external, fresh view and will provide support with a real opportunity to implement your ideas

  • Get to know the process of developing workshops and trainings for employees and participate in department trainings yourself

  • Build up your experience in an international environment and observe how strategic projects are also advancing through your commitment

Job Requirements

  • Student (m/f/diverse) in the field of business administration with a focus on human resources, Psychology, Social Science, International Management or similar

  • Very good knowledge in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Preferably Knowledge in Data Analytic Software (KNIME, Power BI)

  • Strong English skills in both written and spoken

  • You can efficiently manage multiple tasks and set priorities

  • You are able to work autonomously in a structured and organized way

  • You have high level of operational readiness, flexibility, creativity, team-oriented, organizational and communicational skills
