Job Description

Our HR organization is transforming. Accompany us on the path to a sustainable HR organization by supporting the most relevant topics of our transformation with change management and communication. The Global People Services organization takes care of operational HR Services worldwide and the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems, together with partners in all Business Areas of Continental. You will gain diverse insights into the structures of an international company and get to know different HR roles and tasks through interfaces with colleagues in the countries and various HR functions, such as Talent Management and Organizational Development, HR Communications and HR Operations.

We are looking for an intern for 3 – 6 months from May 2021 with the possibility to extent for a Bachelor thesis.

Your tasks include:

  • Support the creation and implementation of internal communication measures incl. editing and designing, coordination with external agencies if necessary

  • Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of change measures, such as organization of workshops, feedback committees, change monitoring by means of surveys

  • Design of activities as well as expansion and maintenance of internal social media channels

  • Creation of presentations and support in day-to-day operations

  • Possible Bachelor Thesis, e.g.: HR Services Communication & Interface to the end customer: How does the HR service communication match to the end customer language?

Job Requirements

  • Candidates need to be students (m/f/diverse) in business administration, or communications/media studies, or business psychology, or human resources or a related field

  • Experienced use of MS Office programs (especially Power Point, Word, Excel)

  • Very good German and English language skills written and spoken

  • Experience in the creation of communication materials welcome

  • High commitment, creativity, teamwork, and communication and organizing skills

  • Flexibility to work mainly digitally and in Office@Home
