Trainee Manufacturing – Focus on sustainable production and processes
Within duration of the program, you will get to know the product portfolio of Continental Surface Solutions as well as the processes and structures. Over the course of multiple modules, you will work on several international assignments in up to three different continents, which will enable you to gain valuable multicultural experience while competing for interesting and challenging projects.
During the program, you will work in different departments, as well as on projects in close cooperation with the local CEO of the Continental Surface Solutions. Further departments will be especially the Manufacturing and Process Engineering or Shopfloor Management, R&D and Procurement where you will also be leading strategically important projects with a focus on sustainability topics.
You will get the chance to prove your knowledge and skills in global self-responsible projects, sponsored by the board of Continental Surface Solutions.

Above-average university degree (master) in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering or similar with a focus in Sustainability
First-hand industrial experience in internships or thesis writing within a production related environment
Passion for the automotive industry, technology driven and highly self-motivated
Excellent command of English for international communication
