The Human Relations team in Continental Iasi is expanding and we are looking for a driven Talent Management and Organizational Development Responsible.
A Talent Management and Organizational Development Responsible contributes to the evaluation and development of strategies considering organizational design and business processes. This role require an understanding of organization dynamics

Center of expertise for Talent Management process in Iasi – assess the process that drive high performance throughout the organization: communication, monitor progress and provide updates to HR/ business leaders, organize TM sessions, manage HR Data, work with MySuccess tool;
Collaborates with HR Partners to design, develop and implement HR Initiatives to ensure organizational performance;
Lead and/or participate in strategic culture development projects: analyze organization culture, implement organizational effectiveness strategies and propose measures for continuous improvement;
Owner for Feedback landscape: assess options and manage provided information (feedback, employee engagement and satisfaction);
Culture and Organizational development: lead or contribute to HR projects and change initiatives; partner closely with business leaders and HR Team to ensure that projects and programs are meeting the organization’s needs; monitor overall effectiveness of programs by monitoring key metrics to analyze and identify issues, root causes and possible solutions;
Lead and/or participate in the Assessment Center design for people management roles;
HR Data analytics – serve as the domain expert for organization and talent: ensure, through deep data analysis and research, that HR processes and strategy is aligned to business needs; monitor and maintain regular KPIs and HR metrics; utilize data to identify trends, build strategies, execute actions and set future HR goals;

University degree in Social Sciences;
2-3 years of experience in Human Resources;
Experience with data-driven activities;
Good writing and speaking English skills;
Good Microsoft Office know-how;
Integrity, attention to details and high quality of work;
Analytical and problem-solving skills;

Responsible and team-oriented person;
