As Supply Chain Management and HR departments Intern, you will be responsible for supporting these departments in daily activities.
In this position you will be:
Responsible for ordering materials relevant to department (ensure that requested products are purchased/ imported, shipped, paid and distributed to the requester);
Responsible to organize different requests, centralize, track, send/ receive feedback regarding various reports in order to assure the good flow of information;
Contributing to the integration process of the new employees and foreign delegates in the department in order to smooths their integration period;
Responsible to update information related to infrastructure/ network issues, company rules, policies, procedures and informs employees about the changes. Supports the team in tracking and facilitating the compliance with regulations;
Conducting all correspondence, and taking care about the proper distribution of the information to allrelevant persons;
Responsible to organize travels and the subsequent booking of travel expenses and documents of the assigned department’s team members. Job Requirements You can be a perfect match in our team if you are/have:
Able to join internship for 6 months;
Business Management/HR or similar subject student or graduate;
Communication, time management skills;
Knowledge of English;
Capable to interact with international teams;
