  • Ensure all equipment's are designed as specification and meet related requirements, dedicate to equipment standardization, ensure all equipment running smoothly and keep it continuous improvement;

  • Ensure the OEE target achievement;

  • Support TPM initiatives;

  • He/she has to work according to the procedures, work instructions, process descriptions, control plans;

  • He/she has to maintain his/her technical know-how by participating in the trainings organized by the company;

  • He/she reports to his/her superior about the actual status and about the future tasks regarding his/her area of responsibility;

  • To respect the law regarding work and security aspects, Internal Rules, specific Health & Safety working instructions and the operational procedures and working instructions related to OH&S (Occupational Health & Safety) Management System;

  • Proceed with responsibility towards environment and energy efficiency in conformity with applicable legal requirements and other requirements, in conformity with internal requirements included in the quality, environment and energy handbook, internal procedures and operating instructions. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in engineering (industrial, mechanical, electrical) or other related field;

  • Able to join internship for 6 months;

  • Fluent Lithuanian language;

  • Knowledge of English;

  • Capable to interact with international teams;

  • Communication skills;

  • Organizational and time management skills;

  • Ability to complete the task with supervision.Advantages:

  • Programming / Electronics / Vision professional knowledge (Continental automotive standards);

  • Practical understanding of modern production and quality management tools: 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone analysis;

  • Procedures and work instructions;
