Customer Service Engineer
1.Responsible as a technical expert for the initial customer contact and the combined processing concerning 0-km issues and if applicable for warranty field returns.
Additionally supports the BUs / plants regarding sorting/flash actions, pre-analysis of return parts and activities also in the launch phase to minimize costs and quality issues.
Lead initial contact for customer complaints, coordinates actions, pre-analysis, parts registration at customer side
Responsible for BUs business with customer and Internal organization.
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or similar knowledge or commensurate specific relevant combination of education and experience.
Professional experience in 3 years in Automotive
Industry thereof at quality management, project management or product development
Experience in the automotive engineering.
