HR Business Partner



Job Description

Acting as first point of contact to employee relations/representatives (Unions, Works Council, Work Safety Committee)

Strong coordination and development of internal communication initiatives (HR/organization)

Responsible for design and execute employee engagement increasing initiatives

Provide advisory and guidance on employee related matters like, disciplinary and grievance processes, onboarding, lifecycle/compensation, termination, performance appraisal

Ensure resources are available, HC management

Monitoring HR KPI’s, initiate actions if needed

Ensure legal compliance and HR policies

Works closely with CoE’s to develop midterm projects

Coordinate and support of implementation of corporate HR initiatives

Job Requirements

University degree in HR field

5-7 years experience in multiple HR functions in a variety of business environments

Experience in dealing employee relations with multiple employee representation organizations in a complex environment

Proven background in dealing with external and internal communication topics

Native Hungarian and Fluent English

Project management experience

Innovative, openminded personality with high level social skills

Preferable international and consultancy experience
