District Sales Manager
Lead the team to achieve objectives and ensure the sales targets achievement by organizing and planning the necessary strategies using the tools provided by the company. (MKT, Operations, Finance, HR) in line with the sales policy of Continental Tire de Mexico and the approved cost budget.
Create, execute & follow up of profitable business plan by knowing current situation of the customer and its market environment, being a solution provider as Continental representative.
Define, align, implement, and improve processes for reporting, planning and presentations. Increase transparency, quality, and reliability of market information by analyzing and verifying different internal and external data sources
Leads and/or coordinates strategic initiatives and supports communications initiatives by: zone mapping (potential clients & competitors) information gathering processes, analyzing results considering everything that benefits / impacts the business.
Propose and coordinate recommendations to management for new viable customers to increase share of market.
Negotiate yearly Budget and monthly sales FC by region with dealer. Prepare the team to obtain effective negotiations and follow up on them
Give and offer support and management for the team in one or more of the following functions:
Sales (Finance,Operations & Marketing)
IT (database support)
Follow up of customer payments, receivables and overdues in close cooperation with local finance area (ponerla en la posicion de Consultor)
Carry out the analysis & strategy to achieve the total sales & Tier volume and CMC level according to region plan and adittional KPI's.
Lead & Coach the team in order to achieve agreed sales targets
Follow up of key accounts, POS, Fleets and NA (business plan, service satisfaction level, bussines opportunity detection, etc.)
Business Intelligence: Analyze the information provided by the BI department, including CNIH market data, using it for feedback and generating actions with clients. Constantly provide information to BI about the competition, customers, the market, etc. Request and monitoring of special authorizations
Guarantee the correct use of the Marketing budget plan focused on increasing sales and adding value to the business.
Generate the Sell out strategy & proposal in close cooperation with the PLT&TT Consultant
Analysis of CRM information by consultant to generate EBIT reports, tracking: Sales, Rin, Brand, Segment, minutes and dealer agreements
Follow up of Conti tools to ensure correct operation and being in line with internal policies (dealers & fleets) Spec program, CT2, IronTire2, ContiLifeCycle, Digital Solutions, CPK, CRM, ContiAdvantage, Contilink, Contisafe, Dealers Program, Conticlub.
