Job Description
Recruiting and staffing:
Workforce planning: strategic planning of mid and long term HC necessities.
Function as a link between managers and the Recruitment Center in the sourcing and selection of the new business profiles
Support: EPR creation, approval follow up, RC follow up for right profiles, Resume overview, interviews, assessments, job offer, file assembly, contract, IT tools, evaluation trial period, etc.
Training and facilitation:
Run a competency gap analysis and use it as a basis in the generation of the training plan
Generate training plan with managers for their teams according to the business needs.
Budget control, variety of suppliers, content quality
Schedule training (internal and external)
Training KPI's and reporting (Score Card - attendance, evaluation, costs, business impact etc.)
Talent Management Cycle:
Correct administration through My Success of the talent management cycle in time, and above all in depth ensuring the cycle adds value to all parts.
Talent Management Conference: Coordinate the TMC annually, ensuring that the Talent Cycle is covered according to the Continental guidelines
Guidance: support employees and management in each step of the talent management cycle.
Coordination with Central Functions and the BU's
Follow up on the Development Measures defined in the talent management cycle, including Corporate Programs
Labor Relations:
Promote a healthy work environment, supporting the management team in the positive evolution of the team work relationship.
Support employees and managers in situations related to formal complaints, administrative acts, dismissals, etc.
Incentives: Coordinate gifts given to employees on special dates (mothers day, father's day, Christmas, etc.)
Events: Coordinate different integration events
ESR: Coordinate actions that contribute to Social Responsibility
Job Requirements
Experience:
At least 3 years in an HR Function, as HRBP or HR Specialist
Proven experience as project leader / team member developing HR business applications or solutions
Knowledge:
Interview Techniques and selection tools
Definition and evaluation of Job profiles
Talent management: performance evaluation, feedback, development measures
Consulting and facilitation skills
Change management
Training and development process
Labor law and management of corporate policies
