Supplier Quality Management_CTS
1.Responsible to lead and Manage the day to day activities of the Supplier Quality Function for Category supplier base in Asia.
2.Perform and follow up VDA 6.3 audits with Suppliers, the assessment and introduction of potential new suppliers in close cooperation with BU Supplier Management, Category Management, Business Unit R&D and Purchasing.
3.Keep the Casting Supplier Panel for the region aligned with the Purchasing Category Strategy.
4.Support the Definition and implementation of category specific quality standards.
5.Support Plant Supplier Quality (SQM CI/SP) in case of escalation for respective categories within the SQM organization, internally /externally as required.
6.Initiate and manage supplier improvement programs with Supplier’s top Management and change management for running production components.
7.Support the BU/ Plant SQM Teams in activities such as; Supplier Maturity Evaluation, Design review with R&D, Supplier Component Review, Sourcing decision, APQP, Run@rate, PPAP for components on the assigned category.
1.Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferred casting-related.
2.Extensive knowledge of AIAG requirements, Quality Tools & Lean Manufacturing (ISO / TS 16949 – IATF16949, ISO 14001, VDA 6.3, Six Sigma & SPC).
3.Advanced English (Fluent, written and spoken). German would be considered desirable.
4.Computer skills (MSOffice, MSProject, Minitab or equivalent, Visio)
5.Willingness to travel in Domestic and International from working time.
6.Knowledge on metallurgy and sintered metals is preferred.
- Work location can be Shanghai or Nanjing.
