Job Description
In need of an Optical Design Engineer due to the volume of Head-Up Display projects awarded and RFQ's in
NA Region.
Core Responsibilities
Responsible for the Optical System Development of Automotive Head-Up Displays.
Interface with Mechanical Architects and Designers to contribute in the development of Head-Up Displays
Optical Simulations and designs of Head-Up Displays in Zemax.
Optical Metrology of Head-Up Displays
Supports Manufacturing Production of Head-Up Displays.
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Physics, Optical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering or similar degrees.
2+ years of experience in Optical Design and Simulation
Knowledge of CAD Optical Modelling/Design Software (Zemax, SPEOS, MatLab)
Basic Knowledge of programming in MatLab
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work across multiple disciplines. (Mechanical, Systems)
Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
Professional proficiency in English language
Skills and experience with laboratory hardware
