SAP CO, Central Key User - Asia Pac
Business conceptualizing, implementation and support in processes and systems of cost accounting used in the company’s Tire Division business in Asia Pacific region. This would comprise of cost type accounting, cost center accounting, cost unit accounting, cost unit time accounting, profit and loss accounting, business intelligence solutions and data warehouse solutions in the field of cost accounting.
Implementation and introduction of uniform standards for cost accounting tasks.
Creation, evaluation, prioritization and approval of system change requests.
Technical support of the organizations and business process advisory.
Further development of the tire cost accounting system in terms of content and technology (SAP CO – Change Management).
Creation of business concepts for cost accounting in cross-company projects.
Trainings / Tests:
Implementation of system, process and concept training in all APAC business entities.
Documentation and communication of new processes and concepts.
Testing and approval of system changes in cost accounting-relevant systems (SAP CO, BW, PM, IM, PS).
Support in sales systems testing (eBITS environment).
SAP Rollouts / Projects:
Project management in the introduction of new processes and standards in the field of cost accounting and support in sales systems projects.
Creation and documentation of requirements at the introduction of system solutions (Book of
Definition and implementation of standardized cost accounting concepts for new business entities.
Training, business acceptance tests, and migration of existing data (cut over concepts).
Second level support to the local key user organization (financial controlling systems), while solving user and system problems.
Coordination of all SAP CO relevant system issues with IT department.
Authorizations & Analysis:
Design and administration of authorization concepts for cost accounting.
Support in the preparation of cross-company analyses in context with cost accounting.
Definition and introduction of key figure reporting solutions in financial controlling.
Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, Finance/Accounting, Business Administration or any related fields.
1 to 3 years of work experience in Financial Controlling or related areas.
Experience with conceptualizing, implementing & leading projects.
Keen interest in working with IT systems.
Experience working in multicultural teams, and able to travel on business trips.
Good English language skills (written & spoken).
