ADAS Lidar -Systems Requirements
The ADAS LiDAR Systems group is involved in the definition and product develoment of Automotive Long and Short Range LiDAR sensors and related advanced vehicle sensing components. The system engineer leads the systems engineering activities and drive efforts through all project phases.
Creates the System Requirement Specification ( according to required: quality, acceptance criteria, technical feasibility).
Discusses and clarifies System Architecture with the customer, by involving the Project Manager, System Lead Engineer.
Reviews System Requirements with affected disciplines (HW, SW including Algo part, Test, ...) and documents the reviews.
Coordinate domains topics to fulfill sensor performance.
Risk assesments for each release.
Cybersecurity responsible for design implementation during the project lifecicle.

Ensuring reuse of generic requirements
Management of Architecture and implementation of changes requests in Specifications
Strong leadership to guide and assist other LIDAR team members to start and finalized efforts
5+ years experience as system engineer
Bachelor's degree in an engineering field (computer science, electronics, telecom, mechatronics)
Proactive, resilient, flexible and results oriented attitude
Fluent English (TOEIC Level 781-900 pts)
Analytical capabilities and good Communication skills
Proficient on Product Design V model
Proficient on Matlab
Experience in requirements analysis and management
Configuration Management Tools knowledge: DOORS, JIRA, etc.
Experience on Communication Protocols: Ethernet, CAN, etc
Knowledge on Functional Safety
Knowledge on Cyber Security
8+ years as system engineer
Knowledge on lab equipment: Vector (CANoe, CANalizer, etc), multimeter, signal generator, oscilloscope, data logger.
Knowledge on in test techniques
Experience on Algorithms
Experience on Agile methodology
Knowledge on XiL: HiL, SiL, etc. (Simulation)
General knowledge of electronics.
Collaborates effectively with others to achieve goals.
Learning agility; being curious and quick to learn.
