Job Description
Overview
Developer for embedded software for Automotive electronic modules for Telematics systems.
Responsibilities include:
Debug and problem solving for issues identified at all stages of previous product development phase.
Unit Test for software, including integration and basic validation, as directed by the software project manager.
Reuse, port and modify of Software Implemented in order to speed up new features delivered.
Support of peer reviews, walkthroughs and Inspections (Static and Dynamic) through all development stages.
Support meetings with cross functional project team, software/test team and customers as needed.
Analysis of Software requirements and documentation.
Design of new Software modules and implementation (Development).
Develop or enhance Telematics architecture and design specifications.
Job Requirements
Necessary requirements
BS: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related bachelor.
Ideal candidate has experience Cellular network communication / Telematics products.
Preferred: 5 -7 years professional experience in Automotive.
Embedded software skills using ‘C’.
Basic Knowledge of CAN Network and Vector.
Basic knowledge of Linux environment.
Additional requirements
Applicant must also demonstrate good communication, team working and presentation skills.
Fluent English skills.
Knowledge of: A-SPICE, MISRA and Agile Methodology.
