QMS and Certifications Engineer

Job Description

Implementation of QMS standards at the plant by distribution of knowledge according with international quality, regulatory and corporate standards in order to provide understanding of quality tools within the plant and assure compliance.

Main responsibilities:

  • Management of documented information.

  • Deploy external requirements into the plant (CSR, Corporate Standards, etc.).

  • Consulting and training to employees in Core Tools and problem solving methodologies.

  • Coordinate and participate in internal and external quality and certifications audits.

  • Follow up of improvement actions.

  • Participate in projects in support and manufacturing processes in order to standardize new practices.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Engineering Degree

  • Professional Experience: 5 years experience within Quality Management or in a similar function (tire production as plus).

  • Project Experience: Understanding and applying project management knowledge.

  • Advance knowledge in Quality Standards (e.g. IATF), CSR and Core Tools.

  • International Experience: Desirable interaction with corporate functions.

  • Language: English skills B2
