Job Description

Lead and Manage maintenance area activities, according to the optimal use of the assigned company resources, in order to provide maintenance systems that ensure the reliability of production equipment, product quality and safety for employees, aligned to engineering standards and corporate policies.

Control of maintenance expenses: spare parts, external service and internal labor (overtime control)

Equipment Reliability (MTBF), Lost Time Reduction (MTTR), Maintenance Maturity (MMR).

Develop and implement maintenance systems to achieve maintenance objectives, such as: MTTR, MTBF, etc., based on corporate standard initiatives and concepts that ensure the reliability of machinery, product quality and safety for personnel.

▪ Prepare the annual maintenance budget.

▪ Assure Maintenance work in the Plant according to the assigned budget.

▪ Support through best maintenance practices, in the strategy of the Utilities department to optimize the rational consumption of energy.

▪ Support the optimization of spare parts costs.

▪ Release of invoices in a timely manner, to guarantee payment to suppliers, in accordance with the Company's current policies and tools.

▪Responsible for the release process of shopping carts and requisitions based on the Company's current policies and tools.

Job Requirements

  • Maintenance Administration (Systems, TPM, Preventive)

  • Project management.

  • Personnel and Resources Management

  • Advanced level of English

  • Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving.

  • Quality System ( IATF 16949, ISO 45000 )

  • Engineering (Mechanics, Electronics, Mechatronics)

Minimum 7 years of experience in maintenance administration (mechanical, electrical, electronic knowledge).

  • Experience in managing financial resources.

  • Experience in companies in the automotive and

transnational industry.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading maintenance personnel work teams.

  • Intercultural / International Experience: Desirable (Communication with Corporate)
