Job Description

Requirement management for KOEM

  • Acquisition activity in a expertise manner based on display development experiences for a new business award

  • Project execution involvement by requirement management to collect / 1st layer analyze of requirement and bridge to PDCs

  • Responsible for RMP, RAM, OIL, TM and PSM documents

  • Requirement management tool adaption for display relevant and acquisition relevant requirement

  • Manage and delivery of VoC and VoB

  • Communication network improvement between customer, Continental and display suppliers.

Requirements Management:

  • Choose re-use concept in terms of product type related needs.(own system and discipline documents)

  • Define where the refinement of system requirements will be done. (options: PSM or PA) Responsible: Requirement Engineer SE (System level)

  • Reassign requirements in case of wrong assignments to the correct discipline/analyst.

  • Managing and participation in reviews to identify Requirements inconsistencies.

Requirements Development:

  • Participate in the elicitation of the requirements.

  • Participate in the analysis of the requirements (analyzing, categorizing, prioritizing).

  • Identify functional requirements inconsistencies and clarify those directly with the stakeholder.

  • Ensure that the developed product is in line with the customer needs.

  • Document the requirements in the Performance Specification. This includes requirement refinement if necessary.

  • Ensure that the Performance Specification is in line with the customer needs.

  • Organization and participation in the documentation of the requirements in the Performance Specification.

  • Create the traceability from own documents to source.

  • Create and provide necessary data for reporting from own documents.

  • Take over PSM 1st draft. Refine and finalize the PSM with discipline specific requirements. Responsible: Requirement Engineer SE (System level)

Job Requirements

  1. Work experience : Senior engineer level with more than 8 yrs in automotive area

  2. Know how :

  • Process experience on Change-, Version- and Requirements Management (CMMI, Spice)

  • Tool know how for Change-, Version- and Requirements Management

  • Good understanding of System Engineering

  • Excellent knowhow in discipline specific technologies

  • Planning and Organization

  • Capability to take initiative

  • Understanding of the customers and users needs and problems

  • Capability to analyze technical problems

  • Communication skills

  • Good language skills (English)

  • Intercultural competencies
