Software Project Manager
Leads software project team in the software discipline.
Manage and monitor software project development status and regular reporting to the supervisor.
(Project plan, project schedule, team workload, development resource & budget, quality, process and etc.)
Provide support to the project team / software group and escalate issue/risk to the higher level.
Lead quality issue in the project team or software group in non-technical aspects.
Software internal or customer escalation handling.
Key interface to the other discipline and customer in the development project.
Customer communication and support.
Ramp-up of the team members.
Balancing of the team workload.
Ensure development process is followed in the project or software group.
SW engineering background is required
Min. 5 year work experience in the software development.
Excellent knowledge of project management methods
Excellent knowledge of project management tools
Good knowledge in SW development cycle
Knowledge in SW tool & technology
Planning and Organization
Capability to take initiative
Understanding of the customers and users needs and problems
Good English skill
Experience in the leadership position is preferred (Software Project Manager/Leader and etc.)
