As a Microsoft O365 Solution Manager you are responsible for the operation and continuous improvement of the Communication & Collaboration Platform service. In cooperation with an external managed service provider, your goal is to provide the highest possible user satisfaction. To achieve this goal, you must ensure a smooth and reliable operation of your service within the committed service level agreements. In addition, you will closely align the needs of your internal customers with Microsoft's O365 feature roadmap. You will coordinate the realization of these business needs with the support of our globally staffed internal IT and the external partner and thus continuously uplifting your service to the next level.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

o End-to-end administration of the service change & release cycle (Evergreen Process) including release analysis, stakeholder involvement, release evaluation & categorization, quality & readiness checks, pre-pilot, business case creation, change request definition & creation/update of service definition

o Service lifecycle management

o Establish and manage service KPIs

o Align business needs with technical functions

o Track and review service provider and vendor performance according to SLAs

o Responsible for service orchestration and capacity management

o Responsible for service strategy, roadmap, service definition, etc.

o Continuous evaluation & development of service KPIs

o Define and ensure service support for incidents and service requests in ITSM Tool

o Provide solution approaches to the 1st level support to increase 1st level resolution rate

o Identify & ensure implementation of service improvements

o Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to maximize O365 functionality and end user experience

o Develop close working relationships with key stakeholders in the Vitesco Technologies organization and become a trusted advisor to our internal customers

Job Requirements

o Academic degree in Information technology, computer science or similar

o 5 + years of experience in Information technology

o 2 + years of service ownership and experience implementing Office 365

o Strong knowledge in the Office 365 Collaboration & Communication tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Groups)

o Demonstrated experience in management, support, continuous improvement / development of Office 365 implementations

o Basic knowledge of all O365 and Azure services

o Basic project management skills

o Basic knowledge of ITSM / ITIL

o Basic knowledge of cloud technologies

o MCSA and/or MCSE certification in Microsoft Office 365 is appreciated

o Ability to work in worldwide distributed teams and to collaborate across regions and departments

o Ability to effectively coordinate joint efforts with external partners worldwide

o Open minded for new concepts and emerging technologies

o Willingness to travel approx. 20%

o Fluent English, spoken and written
