Manager Chassis & Brake Systems

Job Description

Team Management

  1. Build-up team and develop it according to CES China 2025 Strategy

  2. Routine administration such as approval, meeting and report

  3. Motivate team memers and taking good care of talent(s) for high quality and compliant outputs

  4. Networking/collaboration with teams in other CES regions such as India, Japan, Europe and North America

Project Management

  1. Ensure properly Quality, Cost, timing and Safety

  2. Collaborative execution with both own team and others (e.g., BUs, Bangalore, Frankfurt...)

  3. Customer satisfaction maintenance

Cost Center

  1. Budget planning and administration

  2. Ensure team utilization in healthy status

  3. Ensure compliance

Competency Establishment/Localization

  1. Systematic technical know-how ramp-up for team members

  2. Ensure as much as possible autonomous development & release activities from local team

  3. Necessary reporting, monitoring and steering of the progress

Business Development and Acquisition

  1. Lead the segment-specific BD Strategy in alignment with CES China 2025 strategy

  2. Routine activities such as intellegence processing, customer contact, marketing/communication events

  3. Collaboration with SMBD and BUs/KAM

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor of Engineering or above

  2. 5 years in R&D preferred

  3. 3 complete automotive projects preferred

  4. 3 years as leading role preferred

  5. ABS or EBS related product is preferred.

  6. Overseas working/training experiences preferred
