Sales Representative 销售代表
▪ Ensure the achievement of regional sales volume target which will contribute to and in line with national sales volume target.
▪ Responsible for managing retailers (CCS/CAR/CCR ) monthly buy-in target achievement and performance improvement, collect orders
▪ Complete working plan in required quality and timing
▪ Complete the retailer weekly visit report with high quality & in time reporting
▪ Complete the weekly & next month volume FC & visit FC with high quality in line with the month work plan
▪ Find & recruit Retail Shops / Retail Shops scoring /Contract negotiation /Layout and Shop decoration realization / Shop decoration Completion check
▪ Understand and explain retailer business policy to retailers, Communicate retailer bonus and VAT points summary for retailers. Supporting retailer bonus release from distributor to retailers and VAT points exchange.
▪ Work together with Retail team for the poor shop improvement program.
▪ Shop operational performance monitoring / Retailer operation improvement
▪ Supporting Area Sales Manager set up the local strategy in the responsible territory including Retailer selection and network development plan
▪ Completely follow the company promotion strategy, and ensure high quality implementation with ASM in responsible territory
▪ Responsible for the local Distributor sell out promotion policy implementation to the retailers & supporting the local seminar activity
▪ Cooperate and support other functions such as Marketing, COD, TCS and finance to ensure the company policy and activities' local implementation.
▪ Coaching Distributor Sales team(DSR) to improve the capability of local team therefore to achieve the sales target efficiently
▪ Local Claim tire handling
▪ Facilitate Company local New product launch activity
▪ Training to retailers (retailer selling skill and business knowledge & Product training)
▪ Support Marketing department complete the local survey task & local event.
▪ Collect market information of competitor and etc. including pricing, product info via a proper & legal way
Other Ad Hoc work or projects assigned Area Sales Manager
College degree or equivalent preferably marketing or commercial or Engineering background
3 years working experience on channel & distribution sales with Multi-national company is a plus , within Auto industry is a plus
