Shanghai (CAS Jiading Plant)
1.Plan required materials in right quantities to be available at the right time based on customer demand call-offs and forecasts.
2.Assure in-time procurement for right materials and quantities according to materials requirement planning
3.Move raw materials, semi-finished goods and finished goods into right storage locations
4.Manage inventory according to turn rate requirements
5.Controll logistics cost
6.Assure safe material movement operation
7.Assure proper break-down of targets. Execute achievement of budget and targets
8.Assure that right people are on right positions within dept. Develop staff and assure right qualification of staff
9.Continuous improvement of processes in department
10.Cost center responsibility and cost control of department
11.Manage and control department KPIs such as customer delivery performance, logistics costs and so on
12.Obtain customer product demand requirements
13.Out of the requirements, make the right demand planning(contact customer in case of questions, negotiate if requirements can not be achieved)
14.Create shipping plans
15.Finished goods packing, procuring and defining packaging materials as well
16.In-time shipping of right quantities to customer"
1.Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration or Logistics Management
2.Has work in 2 different functional areas before for at least 2 years each, preferably one commercial one and one operational on
3.Has worked with ERP systems for at least 2 years
4.Has managed projects with a team ＞5 people from different departments preferably in automotive industry
5.Experience in managing a section with ＞ 15 employees, preferably in an operational environment
6.Experience in cooperating with colleagues and customers/suppliers
