Business Development Manager APAC
1.Analyze Market & Competitor situation in APAC to support creation of new Business Fields & Opportunities.
2.Describe new businesses & evaluate innovative Value Add (Products, Functions & Services)
3.Rollout of strategic projects, define team and actions, organize continuous follow-up meetings, controlling of activities, transfer and implement into daily business.
4.Support of Business Unit's strategic process with regional input.
5.Drive the evolution of regional business portfolio and secure the implementation of the investigation results.
6.Active screening for Merger & Acquisition targets in the region.
7.Strategic evaluation of acquisition transactions in collaboration with Business Unit.
8.Support and participation during due diligence processes and data room analysis.
9.Support for preparation of business plans and synergies.
10.Preparation and coordination of presentation material for Business Unit Management approvals.
11.Manage the regional non-technology related external public private partnerships.
1.Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, other relevant field.
2.3+ year Experience in strategic function or in business development with link to operational business.
3.2+ year Experience in project management of marketing/sales or development relevant.
4.Experienced in the role of project leadership.
5.Sensivity for diverse and ethnic cultures.
