Tire Sales Representative
Develop and implement customer sales plan, taking into account customer segmentation, brands, products, price and variable sales & distribution costs. Grow sales with existing clients and acquire new customers. Carry out of negotiations with customers
Support annual budget plan for each assigned customer and make monthly forecast on time.
Follow defined customer visit frequency by customer/region cluster.
Support Marketing Manager and Car Dealer Manager to execute new product launch and promotional activities.
Fluent in Japan, advanced in English
Hands on attitude, comfortable to work in multinational company, also for a relatively small organization with limited market awareness
Any sort of direct (field) sales experience 2 years to 15 years or a strong passion to do sales job
Ability to influence people, skillful in communication, negotiating deals and handling conflict
Willingness to travel >40% by car (covering multiple prefectures)
Knowledge of automotive industry, especially aftersales parts industry as a plus
Existing connection or knowhow with car accessory chain, automotive fleet company, tire retail chain, car dealer group, gas station etc.
Career experience in any functions : business development, purchasing, retail, logistic/plant coordination, product training, working overseas as a plus
For non-Tokyo base (Hokkaido, Kansai), preferably to hire directly from tire aftersales industry
