Mechanical Engineer



Job Description

1,Design of mechanical components for hybrid and electric vehicles

  • Mechanical components design/change maintains for inverter, DC-DC

  • Creating BOMs with Creo4 and SAP

  • 3D modeling, drawing creating in Creo4/WISE

  • Creating of development documents

  • Tolerance analysis and allocation

  • Material choice and process feasibility study

  • Support for thermal, vibration, cooling analysis

2,Prototyping and engineering sample

  • Take care of the parts from prototype builds until start of serial production

  • Supporting the sample build on demand

3,Engineering service

  • Supporting customers, suppliers and external engineering services for trouble-shooting

  • Support DV, PV for trouble-shooting

Job Requirements

  • Master (2 Years working experience or above) or Bachelor (3 Years working experience or above) in the field of mechanical design for electronic control unit. HV inverter design experience is preferred

  • Experiences in working with Creo4 (3D modeling and 2D drawing)

  • Good at tolerance analysis and GD&T

  • Good at mechanical process

  • Experiences in diecasting part and plastic part design

  • Basic knowledge in thermal, vibration and cooling

  • Good language skills in English

  • Self- dependence and teamplayer
