Job Description

Responsible for all project development quality related topics within the Project Life Cycle (PLC) from G20 (quote approved) until G90 (production launch completed) for projects within PL MHD.

The job is org. located in the BU; Stakeholders (customers, Prj team, production plants) are world wide

Detailed Tasks:

Q tasks for Quotes

Activites during Prj Set up: Analyze Q-Requirements; Tailoring; Config Item List; Effort Estimations; Plan QA related activites (QA Plan); 8D Plan

Report Quality Status + KPIs

Planning, Tracking and Monitoring Field Failure Analysis Process

Driving 8D process + Lessons Learned incl. customer communication

Escalation in case of not solveable deviatons at Prj Level

Define and track Q measures for Product Changes

Review of objects, work products, milestones, Gates and drive non-confromances till closure acc. SPICE requirements

Proceed Process Adherence Checks

Risk Management: Provide Transparency and drive risk mitigation actions

Support Prj Team for customer communication/ Represent voice of customer

Coaching of Project Team for Q-relevant questions

Support PPAP process and ramp up phase in production plant

Job Requirements

Job is characterized by multifunctional tasks. That includes collaboration with project Teams, PMs, customers, plants, Management and central functions.

Engineering course of studies required.

Minimum 5 years of professional experince in Q automotive.

Required Competencies:

Q-Methods (Ishikawa, 8D, APQP, Review Mgmt, Risk Mgmt, KT, Statistics, FMEA, PPAP)

Config Mgmt (Tailoring etc.)

Standards (Legal standards, Automotive standards e.g. IATF 16949, ISO 26262, internal standards)

Q-Process Knowledge (QA process, Pkit)

Change, project Management , SQM and Test knowledge

Technical knowledge for MHD products (SYS, ME+EE) and processes (OE)

Tool Knowledge (MKS, Pkit, Review Tool, ePSR, Mini Tab, Office...)

Presentation and moderation skills

German and English

Excellent communnicational skills
