Public Relations Assistant Manager (2 years contract)



Job Description

Coordinates and corrects, when needed, of the flow of documents;

Organizes meetings, events and certain PR projects;

Reports through various internal channels - collects and verifies information;

Prepares presentations for meetings, audits, visits;

Manages the calendar of events, holidays, visits;

Oversees business trips;

Communicates effectively with multiple management team members;

Involves in PR and EBR tasks: social media posting, internal communications, events;

Creates, executes and manages all communication related activities;

Composes press releases and takes meeting notes;

Handles all tenant relations, including solving problems within my expertise;

Serves as a special consultant for internal clients and creates online content;

Job Requirements

University degree

Very good communication skills – written and spoken

English – Advanced, both written and spoken

Copywriting and creativity skills

Social Media friendly – ability to understand how this channels work

Photoshop/ InDesign expertise – advantage

Applying knowledge of marketing and advertising strategies

Experience in Microsoft Office 365 applications

Outstanding organizational and time management skills

Aptitude in presentation and public speaking
