  • Your challenges *

As a competence center for transformation & qualification, CITT steers fast and focussed implementation into concrete offers for employees. The task here is to apply the framework legislation in order to enable even more employees future qualifications.

You will be the project leader for Continental France (6000 employees across 13 locations) and in close connectivity with the global CITT team in Germany (Continental headquarters).

You will build and foster a network in France to identify qualification needs and build a transformation strategy with the Head of Talent Management and Human Relations in France.

You are a member of the Human Relations France team, and collaborating with the worldwide CITT network.

In collaboration with different stakeholders and depending on the related strategy, you will ensure efficient training design to reach ambitious targets

You will identify funding opportunities, to support the activities of the CITT.

You will define and execute the strategy for content, implementation and scaling in alignment with group HR and French Country Management.

You will lead external communication with various stakeholders: government or local agencies, Chambers of Commerce and Industry, OPCO, UIMM…

You will be responsible for the marketing positioning of the institute to be created as well as the commercial strategy with regards to outside partners ».

You will benchmark external education solutions and transformation strategies

You will ensure planning, maintenance and content preparation of external CITT contracts & partnerships

Job Requirements

  • About you *

Masters Degree in Human Resource Management or related Business or Social Science field.

Operational human resources management experience

Significant experience in project management

Experience in large group structures and cross-site project management

Experience in developing and implementing learning management systems

Communication strength, diplomatic skill, enthusiasm, team-work

Pleasure in building and maintaining networks and collaborations (politics, associations and companies)

Would be a plus :

Knowledge of labor and occupational law

Knowledge and experience with external partners (CCIs, associations, public agencies)

Understanding and affinities on technical issues and digitalization
