Continental Digital Services France (CDSF) is a new entity created in 2016 to meet this innovation challenge in a unique way: to achieve the fusion between on-board intelligence and the one - collective and collaborative - of connected vehicles to our platform of services.
We are working to imagine, develop and deploy new mobility services such as: driving assistance (eHorizon), management of connected vehicle fleets, intelligent access to vehicles, management and dynamic updating of map information, etc.

In the context of the growth of our services delivered to connected vehicles, we are looking for a Service Owner/Manager for a Europe wild fleet management solution. As part of his/her mission the Service Owner/Manager will be responsible for identifying operation, support and maintenance needs, setting-up strategies, distributing assignments, following-up on day to day tasks & achievements and meeting business and operational goals that were set based on Product and Engineering Program management.
He/She willl be accountable for the services operations; will propose technical evoluton on how to improve to run the service; will provide customer reporting on incidents and SLA; will ensure documentation are defined and up to date; will ensure with Product Owners and Lead Architects that roadmap is alligned with service expectations; will continuously monitor the end-to-end service; will periodicaly report to the Service Level Manager, …
Architectural and functional knowledge of cloud & services willl allow him/her to contribute for an efficient and smooth coordination
Very good interpersonal skills are expected, both in written and oral communication
Sense of service and reponsabilities
Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe etc. )
Technical background in Cloud dev, DevOps, …
