CT MFS BRA Project Management Analyst
The Project Manager takes the leadership of a customer project within the specified time, budget and quality to the satisfaction of the customers ensuring economic success for the company and profitability of the product over lifetime. The assigned projects are developed and followed internally by PLC (Product Life Cycle) structure, in correlation and fulfilling customer milestones.
-Project managing focused in product development and industrialization interface with process engineering team for fluid transmission hose assemblies;
-Respect project goals (financial, scheduling and quality goals);
-Establish adequate project organization (meeting structure, information/ knowledge exchange, documentation, archiving) in correlation with the PLC structure;
-Leading program from concept to launch by interfacing and supporting cross functional teams across several disciplines such as Engineering, Sales, Quality, Logistics, Production and Purchasing;
-Managing and working with Global, Regional teams as well as cross functional teams;
-Responsible for driving the discipline both at the customer and within ContiTech to meet aggressive program timelines;
-Report the project status during the various needed situation (Management meetings, Project Days reviews etc.), escalate issues when necessary;
-Primary customer interface as it relates to the Project;
-Continuously maintain the highest degree of customer service, throughput, quality, cost reduction and productivity;
-Taking leadership for production safe launch and lessons learned;
-Support the RFQ process and Sales activities for Project Development and Change Management;
-Develop and maintain relationships with customers to gain knowledge of future market and customer needs.
-University Degree, preferably Bachelors in Engineering or Business Administration;
-Advanced Automotive project managing knowledge;
-APQP knowledge Advanced.
-MS Office Expert;
