Leader of Change Management
Lead the change management team to coordinate of all CHANGE related activities in Changshu plant.
Distribute design change information from R&D or HQ within the plant to allow adaptation and optimization of material disposition, stock, production equipment etc.
Understand production department's requirements in regards to drawing changes for optimized manufacturing, such as increased tolerance request, and communicate to R&D centers for possible implementation.
Lead and coordinate the localization activities within the plant.
Ensure correct documentation and regular updates of change request, change pre-warning and change information as well as modified drawing, Specification, FMEA, manufacturing processes etc.
Supervise the distribution of drawings, bill of materials, ATEN and DIN norms, customer drawings and D-FMEA.
Ensure fulfillment of Quality Management requirements and ISO/TS Auditing in regards to all technical documentation distribution and filing.
Establish and maintain the good contact and cooperation with R&D centers and other HQ/Plant functions.
Leading and coaching change management team.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Bachelor or Masters degree in Engineering
3 - 5 years of work experience in automotive industry. Familiar with SAP
Knowledge or release procedures in automotive industry
Good organizational and communicational skills. Ability to work in a team, to communicate, assertiveness, skill in negotiations
Excellent foreign language knowledge Eg. English, Japanese is a plus.
