Customer Service Associate
The Customer Service Associate serves as the primary contact for internal and external customers. The CS Associate is responsible for but are not limited to processing orders, order monitoring, delivery creation and tracking, handling routine inquiries, complaints, claims, credits and adhoc tasks. He/She will have understanding and knowledge on various ContiTech products and their applications. He/She will have a keen understanding of ContiTech’s business structure and processes for the expedient resolution of customer issues.
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years working experience in a Customer Service or Supply Chain Role with tenure of at least 1 year in 1 company
Order Management or Supply Chain Management experience preferred
At least 1 year experience in a BPO or shared services environment working with APAC region.
