Job Description

1.Time/Calendar Management;

2.Meeting Management for HMI China;

3.Issue/tasks reminding if necessary;

4.Information handling and organizing for HMI China Management;

5.Documentation of e.g. meeting contents / management files;

6.General office support for the HMI China Managers;

7.Daily document handling/approval signing;

8.General Information updating, e.g. Org Chart/Tel List;

9.Take over small projects for ID China Managers (e.g. leading 5S activities, overtime tracking, PTLS tracking...);

10.Update the visiting information weekly;

11.Transportation arrangement;

12.Accommodation and VISA application follow up;

13.Meeting room reservation.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Business or equivalent;

  2. 2-3 years of working experiences as team assistant or equivalent;

  3. Experience in working for a manufacturing plant desirable.
